Abstract submission

You are encouraged to submit an extended abstract of max. 3 pages before the deadline of 1 May 2025 on any of the following topics to be found here.

In order to submit an abstract please create an account on the FLUCOME 2025 submission and registration site.

To submit your abstract you first need a login account. Within a few seconds you will receive a one-time-key by email which you can change when you login. After signing in on with your personal account you can submit your abstract conform the FLUCOME 2025 abstract template.

After submission you ALWAYS receive an submission confirmation by email. In case you do not receive this, the submission did not work Please try one more and do not forget to click the submission button.

There is no limitation in the number of abstracts submitted per author; however, a maximum of two platform presentations (oral, poster or a non technical contribution) by the same speaker will be accepted. 

Template

A Word and LaTeX FLUCOME 2025 template is provided for your convenience. This template is already set with the correct page size, fonts, line spacing and margins.

Please convert your FLUCOME 2025 abstract to a PDF file. Be sure to embed the fonts when creating the PDF.

  • DO NOT password protect your file.
  • Make sure the filename has only one extension (“.pdf”)

Contributions to Theme C: Fluid Flows and Visualization as art

If you are interested in submitting contributions to Theme C, no extended abstract is necessary. Instead, please submit a short textual description of your contribution in terms of format, medium, duration and any other information you believe are important to be taken into account. If you wilol require technical assistance (e.g. TV screen) for excibiting please not it as well. If you have questions on Theme C submissions, please contact us here
